The Eco Market is a carefully curated conference and marketplace which showcases the best sustainable Canadian businesses. Last year was our inaugural year where we saw close to 2,000 like-minded people through the doors, eager to support small businesses and learn more about green living, with a reach of over 20,000.



The Eco Market 2019 will be the event of the year! We will be curating the best show possible by attracting leading green innovators, amazing sustainable businesses and an engaging line up of expert speakers.  The Eco Market is working to uplift Canadian green innovators and organizations, while spreading imperative information and sparking meaningful conversations about how we can work together to create a more sustainable future.

Note: tables will be provided at the show to all of our indoor vendors unless otherwise discussed. Outdoor vendors are responsible for their own tables. The Eco Market will happen rain or shine - a tent would be a great consideration for outdoor vendors. Cooking is not permitted inside the building. For food vendors, if you need to cook your food, please apply for an outdoor booth.

Payment 100% of booth rental must be included with application to secure booking. Please make the cheque or e-transfer out to The Eco Well and in the memo note The Eco Market Vendor Payment. Payment is non-refundable if the application is canceled within 60 days prior to the show opening date. Forms received without payment will not be processed until payment is received. Receipt of application does not guarantee the availability of space. Booth locations are subject to change at the discretion of The Eco Market. By selecting yes below you are agreeing to the TERMS and CONDITIONS attached. You agree to staff the booth for the entire duration of the show. You have included full payment with this application. You agree to set up and tear down your booth within the allotted time (listed in the terms and conditions). TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1. The exhibitor agrees to pay The Eco Market the sum stated on page one of this contract, for the rights hereby licensed to the exhibitor. 2. The exhibitor by execution of this contract, hereby agrees to provide third party legal liability insurance for all liability arising out of bodily injury, property damage which might be suffered by any person, persons or corporations imposed by law, such insurance to be for not less than $2,000,000.00 per occurrence or loss, to be in full force and effect at all times during the occupancy period contracted for. The Eco Well requires the exhibitor to provide proof of insurance coverage. Proof of adequate coverage is due on March 27, 2019, one month prior to the event. 3. Products or services that are promoted (including samples and promotional flyers) or sold at The Eco Market must be eco-friendly. The Eco Market reserves the right to close the Exhibitor’s booth or remove an unqualified product without refund of vendor fees. If you have any questions, reach out to us at 4. The exhibitor agrees to have the exhibit complete and in the space contracted for showing no later than 10:30am on Saturday, April 27, 2019 and leave their exhibit in place until the official closing at 5:00 pm on Saturday, April 27, 2019. The Eco Market does not offer storage. The Eco Market will confirm the time when set up can begin no later than 60 days prior to the event. 5. The Eco Market reserves the right to decline any exhibitor application. 6. The exhibitor is responsible for setting up and taking down their display, products or materials and must ensure take down is completed in a timely manner once The Eco Market has ended at 5:00 pm. Exhibitor must ensure their booth is staff at all times during the festival hours. 7. Draws: Prize draws taking place at vendor booths must receive prior approval from The Eco Market. 8. Any exhibitors selling or sampling food must ensure compliance with Waterloo Region Health Unit standards and ensure all forms and paperwork are completed by March 20, 2019. Completed paper work is to be sent to 9. No cooking inside the museum. Vendors are required to disclose to The Eco Market and the Waterloo Region’s Health Unit their food preparation plans. If food needs to be cooked, let us know and we'll give you an outside booth with the other food vendors. 10. If you require electricity for your booth you must pre-purchase it. If you require electricity after you’ve completed registration you must notify The Eco Market and request electricity. Electricity will be an additional charge that vendors are responsible for. 11. The Eco Market must not be obliged to accept any contract and has the right to cancel any contract without refund on violation of any rule, regulation or term of this contract. The decision or decisions on booth allocation and set ups are at the discretion of The Eco Market. 12. Any exhibit(s) not removed from the building or grounds by the end of the specified move out deadline will be charged a $300 late fee per day. The Eco Market cannot be held responsible for any damages or losses incurred by the exhibitor from failure to remove exhibit by move out deadline. 13. A full refund for exhibitor cancellation may take place 60 days prior to the event. Payment is non-refundable if application is cancelled within 60 days prior to April 27 2019. Booth locations are subject to change at the discretion of The Eco Market. Agreement of Terms and Conditions * 100% of booth rental must be paid at time of application to secure booking. By checking YES below you agree to the above TERMS and CONDITIONS. You agree to staff the booth for the entire duration of the show. You agree to submit payment in full to secure booth. You agree to set up and tear down your booth within the allotted time (listed in the terms and conditions). A signed agreement from the organizer and receipt of payment will be submitted within 5 business days of receiving the payment.
