1. Tell me about your business.

Little Fields Farm is a diverse organic vegetable and livestock farm. We grow an acre of vegetables for a CSA program and the Kitchener Farmer's Market as well as pastured chicken, pork, turkey and eggs.

2. How does it fit with the Eco Market model?  How is it sustainable?

Sustainability is the founding principle of the farm. We strive to produce good food in a way that works with the natural environment and the natural instincts of the animals we raise, and to keep the power and knowledge of sustainable food production in the hands of the local community.

3. Tell me about you. What got you here to a green business? Why?

I came to farming from a desire to live in a way that has a positive impact on the environment and our community, as well as a love of physical outdoor work and a passion for eating copious amounts of salad.

4. What are you up to? Any new events? Products?

I'm selling shares for my 2019 CSA program, featuring new options to add chicken and pork to your shares.
